Vote Position #3 on November 3, 2026!

MY GOALS

Back to Basics.

PARENTAL RIGHTS, INVOLVEMENT, & TRANSPARENCY

Parents deserve to know what is happening in their child’s education. I will support open communication, curriculum transparency, and meaningful parental involvement in the decisions that affect our students.

Our schools are strongest when parents, teachers, and administrators work together. Families should have confidence that their voices are heard and that our schools are accountable to the community they serve.

ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE WITHOUT DISTRACTIONS

Our schools should be focused first and foremost on educating our children and preparing them for the future.

I will advocate for strong instruction in the fundamentals: reading, writing, mathematics, science, technology, engineering, the arts, physical education, and civics. Students should graduate with the knowledge, skills, character, and critical-thinking abilities they need to succeed.

I will support proven instructional practices, including strong phonics-based reading instruction, handwriting, foundational mathematics, and meaningful civics education that teaches students how our government and Constitution work and prepares them to become informed, responsible citizens.

FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY

Strong schools and responsible budgeting must go hand in hand.

I will be a fiscally conscious voice on the Board of Education, carefully reviewing spending and asking whether each expenditure provides real value for our students and community.

I will support budgets that meet the needs of our schools, responsibly accommodate the growth of successful programs, and invest in our students—without placing an unnecessary burden on taxpayers.

Every taxpayer dollar should be treated with respect, and every major investment should have a clear purpose.

MY COMMITMENT

I will work to:

  • Put students and families first
  • Protect parental involvement and promote transparency
  • Keep academics at the center of our schools
  • Address learning gaps and help every student reach their potential
  • Strengthen reading, writing, mathematics, STEAM, physical education, and civics
  • Support responsible growth of programs that benefit students
  • Demand transparency in curriculum, policy, and budgeting
  • Be fiscally responsible and respectful of taxpayers
  • Support budgets that meet our schools’ needs without unnecessary spending

Informed Parents. Responsible Spending. Student Success.
